NW Photo Booth is a service of Will Production Studio (Nardett Will Photography), based in West Palm Beach, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through nwphotobooth.live and at the events we serve, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you inquire or book. When you request availability, receive a proposal, or sign a contract, we collect your name, email, phone number, event date, venue, headcount, and any event details you share. Inquiries and bookings are handled through HoneyBook, our client management platform.

Payments. Payments are processed by our booking and payment providers (such as HoneyBook or Squarespace). We do not store your full card number.

At your event. Our booth creates portraits of guests who choose to step in front of the camera. If your package includes an Audio Guest Book, we also collect the voice messages guests choose to leave.

When you visit our website. Our site is hosted on Squarespace, which may use cookies and similar tools to collect basic data such as your browser type, pages visited, and general location. This helps us understand how visitors use the site.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, plan and deliver your event, deliver prints and digital galleries, process payments, send event-related updates, and improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal information.

Event Photos and Digital Galleries

All event portraits are delivered to a private online gallery, shared with the event host by private link. The host decides who receives that link. Anyone with the link may be able to view and download images, so please share it thoughtfully.

Audio Guest Book recordings are delivered to the event host and are not shared publicly by us.

Use of Images in Our Portfolio

We may feature select event images on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you are an event host and would prefer your event not be featured, tell us in writing before or after your event and we will honor that. If you are a guest and would like a specific image of you removed from our portfolio or social media, email us and we will take it down.

We do not feature images of minors in our marketing without permission from the event host or a parent or guardian.

How We Share Information

We share information only with trusted service providers that help us run the business, such as HoneyBook (bookings and payments), Squarespace (website), and [gallery provider name] (digital galleries). These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep client and booking records as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. Digital galleries remain available for [number of days/months] after your event, and we keep archived event images for [timeframe]. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Your Choices

You can contact us at any time to access, correct, or delete your personal information, request removal of an image from our portfolio, or unsubscribe from marketing emails (each email also includes an unsubscribe link). You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. Children may appear in event photos at the host's discretion; parents or guardians may contact us with any concerns.

Security

We use reputable platforms and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No online system is completely secure, but we take care to limit access to client information and event images.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
